Out with the old…

Well good morning 2013 😃

I took Jack for a walk this morning and it was lovely, so quiet and peaceful after the noice of the fireworks last night.

I don’t think the Ripper was as appreciative, I had to wake him up and drag him out -some dog, eh? 😉

Like so many of you, I’ve got new years resolutions, too, the usual really:

lose the weight I’ve put on – very important to me

Stop smoking – done 😄I quit a fortnight ago and yes, admittedly, my bronchitis has helped

But probably most importantly, I want to switch on, stop being such a dreamer because that can be soo embarrassing sometimes. Yesterday, for example, I nearly got run over by a bike. Would you believe it, I was shocked!! Ok, so he was on the bike track..and so was I but still…
