I went to a birthday party tonight, with my eldest son.

To be honest, I couldn´t really be bothered, I like the girl but we didn´t really know anyone else there, still, it was nice.

However, I couldn´t believe it when her boyfriend (who obviously doesn´t know us) commented on my son being there with his “quite a bit older girlfriend”.

Ehm, get real mate, I´m his mum, I´m not a cradle-snatcher 😉

PS. I took it as a complement 🙂

I am your average wife,mother,friend,employee....a bit lost in my world, a bit crazy at times but always good for a laugh - I think ;-)
